Under the Sea Cake
This is a 8” round two layer white cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. This cake is covered in fondant with fondant decorations; fish, anemones, water weeds, waves, aquatic plants etc. The fish have been dusted with luster dust and the eyes are done with edible markers and a dot of buttercream frosting. The bubbles on top around the octopus are buttercream frosting. The top of the cake is sprinkled with disco dust for a wonderful sparkly simmer!
